Everyday life is full of obligations so that you pay little attention to yourself. As a result, there is no inner peace. This can have disastrous consequences on your work, but especially your health.
Intuitive painting is about feeling, about finding the process of breaking away from 'thinking' and resting in your head. You paint on feeling, helped by short meditations.
It is a fun, spontaneous way of painting that will surprise you.

Workshop: Fresco painting

A fresco is a painting, an ancient technique that was used in antiquity to decorate walls, where mortar is painted on a still wet layer. Today, mortar is often replaced with plaster.
During this workshop "secco" (on a dry layer) is used and plaster is used.
It is more accessible and easier. The participants get a ready-made panel (20 x 30 cm), so that they can start painting immediately.
It is painted with pigments (color in powder form), the material that painters in Antiquity used for wall paintings. There are inspiration images present, but own photos are of course welcome.
Under guidance, the selected image begins to appear on the panel step by step. At the end of the lesson, everyone goes home with their own work.
